Find Your Inner Compass

At Inner Compass Well-being, we’re here to guide you through life’s ups and downs, helping you reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your family, we offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can flourish.

Psychotherapy focuses more on long-term issues and growth, while counseling aims to help people resolve current issues.

Finding the right therapist is about feeling comfortable and supported. We encourage you to reach out, ask questions, and see if our approach aligns with your needs.

The length of therapy can’t always be predicted. Brief therapy may be only 6-12 weekly sessions, while some individuals may take a few months or longer. We work collaboratively to identify what supports your needs.

Psychotherapy, or counselling, usually begins with an intake session to get a background and set goals. We then build out a plan that supports your needs.

We currently offer an in-person session on Saturdays in Guelph. We also offer virtual sessions to offer flexible support tailored to your needs.
