This depends on your needs and goals. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and create consistency. As you begin to feel more grounded and confident, we may move to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins—this is called maintenance therapy. It’s like a mental wellness tune-up: you’re not in crisis, but you want continued support, space to reflect, or help navigating new life transitions. We’ll co-create a plan that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

We offer direct billing for some providers and can provide receipts for reimbursement. If affordability is a barrier, we do have sliding scale spots—just ask!

Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. Everything you share stays between us—unless there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others. We’ll go over the limits of confidentiality clearly in your intake.

Life happens! We ask for 24–48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you’re sick or something urgent comes up, let us know—we aim to be compassionate and flexible.
