Are you feeling weighed down by past experiences, uncertain about the future, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? I believe healing often begins with the simple yet powerful act of making sense of what has happened, whether that means understanding our emotional reactions, the challenges we’ve faced, or the deeper meanings behind them. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can reflect, feel seen, and move toward healing at your own pace.

Drawing from my own healing journey, I understand the importance of self-compassion. As Charlie Mackesy says in The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, “being kind to oneself is one of the greatest acts of kindness, and asking for help is not giving up, but refusing to give up.” With lived experience as an immigrant and mature student, I connect with the challenges of navigating identity, managing change, living with uncertainty, and grieving ambiguous losses.

Using a person-centred lens and trauma-informed modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, emotional dysregulation, pain, and trauma. This includes supporting those navigating the unique stress of antagonistic or high-conflict relationships, particularly where borderline or narcissistic traits may be present. IFS has deepened my appreciation for the protective, reactive, and wounded parts we all carry and the healing that becomes possible when we reconnect with our calm, curious, and compassionate core Self.

I’ve witnessed the courage it takes to be vulnerable and the strength that emerges through the healing process. Like Viktor Frankl, I believe that one of our greatest freedoms lies in how we choose to respond to life’s challenges. When you’re ready to explore your own path toward healing, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
